Separate written contracts, quotations, and purchase orders govern specific projects and may override general statements here where they conflict.

Content on this Site — including descriptions of UPVC and aluminium systems, fabrication capacity, imagery, and case narratives — is provided for general guidance only. Product availability, profiles, colours, hardware, and performance figures must be confirmed in formal technical submittals and quotations. We may update or remove content without notice.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding order. Written quotations are typically valid for a stated period and are conditional on verified site measurements, final glass and hardware selections, applicable taxes and duties, and unchanged site access or civil readiness. We may revise or withdraw a quote if assumptions change materially.

Accurate openings, level, plumb, and structural substrate are critical. If on-site conditions differ from information provided earlier (wall movement, concealed services, access limits, damage, or delays from other trades), schedules and pricing may need revision. Customer cooperation for safe access, power, and storage is expected.

Lead times depend on workshop load, material availability, glass procurement, and coordination with your site schedule. Installation dates are planned in good faith but may shift due to weather, logistics, regulatory halts, force majeure, or upstream supply constraints. Where we subcontract specialised lifts or cranes, those providers remain responsible under their contracts.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, quotes are exclusive of statutory taxes (such as GST), freight to site where applicable, and civil or third-party work outside our scope. Payment milestones — advance, fabrication release, dispatch, or retention — will be stated in your quote or contract. Late payments may pause work and attract interest as permitted by law.

Warranty for profiles, hardware, and insulated glass units follows respective manufacturers’ published terms when installed per their guidelines. Our workmanship warranty (where offered) will be described in your project-specific document. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.

All branding, logos, layouts, text, and curated photography on this Site belong to Shivshakti Enterprises or its licensors unless noted. You may not copy, scrape, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes without permission. Product names and trademarks mentioned may belong to their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the Site — for example by attempting unauthorised access to admin areas, uploading malware, harvesting contact data, or submitting false or abusive messages. We may suspend access and cooperate with authorities where misuse is suspected.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra (or another forum we expressly agree in writing) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from use of this Site or non-contractual matters connected with it, subject to mandatory arbitration or consumer protections if applicable.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Site or through direct communication where appropriate.
